R&A has an immediate opening for an energetic person with a great attitude & excellent communication skills to fill a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position in our Urbandale office.
Duties
- Operating switchboard
- Processing & distributing mail
- Posting and depositing insurance premium and misc. payments
- Scanning and filing for multiple departments
- Greeting customers
- Coordinating printer & copier service and supplies
- Various other administrative responsibilities
Requirements
- Professional phone skills
- Dependable with excellent attendance & punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
